1. Discovery
Week 1 (Remote)
You identify your pickles, ie, the problems you’re trying to solve

- Together, we set goals and outcomes for the event and determine who will be participating
2. Kick-off
Week 2 (Remote)
We Zoom/Google Meet with our stars, aka, your senior leadership team and get insights into:
- The culture
- Their senses of humor
- What they personally want to get out of it
- Company oddities
- Key messages
- Critical language
- Whatever else needs to be looked at
3. Concept Presentations
Week 3 (Remote)
We’ll come to this meeting with some concepts and frameworks to pull the event together with your best leadership summit ideas, cultural insights
You’ll give us feedback which we’ll fold back in and revise
We will brainstorm skit ideas
4. Development & Scripting
Weeks 4-5 (Remote)
We will present final revised concepts for you to sign off on
We will dig deeper into skits and materials
We’ll start looking at technical requirements
5. Rehearsal
Week 6-7 (Remote)
We will revise and rehearse skits
We’ll start refining, trimming and switch anything that isn’t working or on brand
We will develop the technical pieces to deliver your show:
- Lighting cues
- Pre records
- Music cues
- Light props
- PowerPoint backgrounds (rear projection)
- Light costumes
6. Dress Rehearsal and Performance
Week 8 (In-person, 6 hours over 2 days)
We’ll rehearse in person, usually the night before and the morning of the event
